FIELD
Having spent five years in youth ministry, Mike has a passion for helping high school students transition to college life while maintaining their faith. Mike hopes to help students process what they learn in class to benefit their faith, their church and the world.
Mike also desires to engage students with the gospel in a way that is relevant to the culture on campus. While continuing to conduct Bible studies, one-on-one meetings and weekly gatherings, Mike designs programs that encourage students to think creatively about the scriptures and their faith.
Above all, Mike wants students to find the truth that the only hope for this world is in Christ Jesus and encourage them to be his hands and feet in this world.
Central Washington University is located in the small town of Ellensburg, Washington. Mike graduated from there in 2005 and received his commission as an officer in the U.S. Army from the R.O.T.C. program. He has since received God’s call to the Army Chaplaincy and has been diligently pursuing it. After two years of internship in campus ministry, Mike plans on becoming an Army Chaplain.

Mike became a Christian during his sophomore year in college at Central Washington University, and is now returning to the Campus Ambassadors program that discipled him.
