FIELD
Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. This country has gone through turmoil and political unrest for years, but in the midst of financial and political chaos, the country is responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Alexis has joined Missions Door’s Haiti ministry team to work as the youth and children's ministries coordinator. He is working with the pastors of the seven churches that are associated with Missions Door in Haiti, helping those churches develop children’s ministries in their local congregations. He is also responsible to organize camps and Christmas outreach projects.

FAITH
Alexis was born in Gros-Morne, Artibonite, Haiti, and grew up in Port-au-Prince. He accepted Christ in 1987 as his personal Savior and was baptized. When Alexis’ mother died in 1993, he met Pastor Herode Guillomettre and his life took a new direction.

in 1996 Alexis started serving the Lord in full-time ministry at Friendship Baptist Church in youth ministries, as the children’s ministries coordinator, and as Sunday school superintendent. Alexis became a worship leader and preacher in 2003 at Victory Baptist Church in Port-au-Prince, a new church plant of Missions Door. He is also the youth ministry president.

Alexis is currently pursuing further formal theological training at Christianville University in Port-au-Prince.

FAMILY
