FIELD
Carole is a part of the church-planting ministry of Missions Door that has planted several Recovery Houses of Worship in the Northeast. Living near Baltimore, Maryland, she will participate in evangelism, street ministry and church planting specifically at the Baltimore church plant first. When God opens the door in Washington DC, she will expand her efforts there.
According to the Great Commission, we are to "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations..." Matt. 28:19. Carole considers it an honor to have opportunity, and takes great joy in sharing the Gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
FAITH
Carole was raised in a Muslim home in her early years, and then joined a Baptist church with her mother about age 12. However, by age 14 she was using drugs and living a very rebellious lifestyle. She always knew there was an inner void, but not knowing God, she tried to fill it with outside people and things. In 1997 God delivered Carole from drugs through a 12-step program where she was introduced to a higher power called god. She got clean of drugs, but there was still a gnawing void in her soul.
After a painful divorce, in 2005 Carole joined her current church, the First Baptist Church of Glenarden, where she learned about the love of Jesus Christ and how to build a personal relationship with him. It was then that Carole dedicated her life to discipleship, and has since participated in several ministries, including a missions trip to Cuba, to share the Gospel.
Knowing Jesus as Lord, not just Savior of her life, has brought unspeakable joy to her life and her greatest rewards come through sharing His love with others.

Carole is divorced and the proud mother of four grown children, daughter Kiran, and sons Troy, DeLonte and Malik; and grandmother of four grandchildren, Jaelyn, Troy, Jasmine, and Kameron.
