FIELD
Chris was appointed by Missions Door in June 2009 to serve international students in Connecticut by building friendships and helping them make adjustments to life in the United States. During his time in college, God clarified his calling to missions, and the result was a desire to share the gospel with those who have never before heard it. 

Kelly was able to spend a great deal of time with international students during her three years at Dallas Baptist University, and she enjoys great conversations with students over a cup of chai.  Both Chris and Kelly are passionate about loving and serving those students who choose to study in the United States. 

FAITH
Chris heard about God's love for him from his parents when he was a child, and he made a decision to become a Christian while he was still young. Through the difficulties of attending a service academy for his undergraduate degree, God captured his heart. God showed Chris his need for him, and gave him a lasting desire to serve Christ in full-time ministry. 

Kelly also was blessed to be raised in a caring Christian family, and likewise made a decision to follow Christ as a child. She realized more deeply how much Christ loved her during her years at college, and has enjoyed serving God on missions trips, in the local church, and in the community. 

FAMILY
Chris and Kelly live in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and are proud to have six nieces and nephews, with another on the way. They spend all the time they can with their growing families. They enjoy hiking, bike riding, and going on dates together whenever they have the opportunity.
